FRISS Obtains The ISAE 3402 Type 2 | SSAE 18 Certification

The certification was received for the services FRISS provides via its case management system. FRISS has successfully completed the ISAE 3402 Type 2, in the USA known as SSAE 18, audit for the fourth consecutive time. ISAE 3402 is an audit of the management of business-critical systems, such as data security, change management and information management, which confirms the proper functioning of these important business processes.

The report shows that FRISS has properly organized vital operating processes and that it operates in accordance with established guidelines. In order to comply the standards for the Type 2 certification, proofing points from the past calendar year had to be provided showing how the management objectives were achieved. The ISAE 3402 type 2 audit was carried out by BDO.
