Pilot: fraud and risk detection for insurance agencies/brokers

Completely banishing fraud for the entire industry might be a mission impossible. However, increasing to chances to catch fraudsters will make it much less interesting to commit fraud. An automated risk detection system could have an important contribution to this objective. That is why NVGA (Dutch Association of Insurance Agencies/Brokers), Verbond van Verzekeraars (Dutch Insurance Association), ANVA (policy administrator) and FRISS are bundling the forces to fight fraud: "Agencies and brokers should start to work with an automated risk detection system". In this pilot, which will start this year, six insurance agencies/brokers will participate. A total of eight insurers (90% of the brokers market) will take financial responsibility for the pilot.
